With 35 years in the personal care industry, Larry Curtis started Cloak and Dagger in 2018 with the simple goal of creating a Men’s Grooming company founded on quality products, incredible customer service, and a fun attitude. From that day forward we have worked continuously to create some of the most effective formulas in the men’s grooming industry. The Cloak and Dagger team is committed to providing the ultimate in quality professional grooming products, backed by incredible customer service to both the professionals and clients that use Cloak and Dagger for their grooming needs. When we are not out on the show circuit educating other professionals, you’ll find us traveling to our latest adventures and impersonating spies.
LARRY CURTIS-FOUNDER
Larry Curtis has spent 35 years as a Salon owner, School owner and Educator. Larry’s acclaimed business program “One Year to Greatness” has helped students learn the critical skills of the business side of beauty. Through the program, countless graduates have learned how to make money and become successful in the career they love. Larry has been married for 40, (yes 40!) years and has 4 amazing kids and 8 grandkids.
EARL SAGEWOLF-ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Artistic Director and head of education for Cloak and Dagger, Earl Sagewolf, is a true artist, teacher, traveler, outdoor enthusiast, father, and husband. His love for our craft can be seen and felt by all those who have the pleasure of sitting in his chair or learning from him. With over 17 years of experience with such notable companies as Sassoon, Paul Mitchell, Toni and Guy, Bumble and Bumble, and Hattori Hanzo, Earl brings a wealth of knowledge to the Cloak and Dagger team. Earl is a proud father of 5!
DILLON FREEZE-EDUCATION TEAM From working behind the chair to photoshoots and film sets, Dillon Freeze has spent over a decade working in both the Salon and Barber industry and has seen the merits of both schools of thought. Constantly on the hunt for the latest techniques and tools to elevate his client’s experiences, Dillon continually seeks to share that knowledge as an educator.
WES DURR-EDUCATION TEAM
First and foremost Wes is a proud father of 4. With over 20 successful years in the industry, Wes has spent the last 10 in education, sharing his knowledge about barbering to both students and professionals. As a specialist in razor cutting, clipper, and shear work, he is especially proud of his freehand, no-guard clipper work.

PAUL CHAVEZ-SOCIAL MEDIA, VIDEO
PAUL CHAVEZ is the head of the Cloak and Dagger Social Media team as well as an educator for our Spanish-speaking classes. Paul is the life of the party and always keeps the rest of the Cloak and Dagger team in stitches.
MYLES MICONI-EDUCATION TEAM
Myles has spent the last 5 years perfecting his craft, not only behind the chair but as an educator as well. Myles's quick wit and banter with the Cloak and Dagger team brings a fun vibe to every class the team provides. Myles is a proud father of two who loves the outdoors, fast cars, and fashion.
